Please note that the downloadable registration form includes mathematical features which will calculate the total bill. This feature might not function on older versions of Adobe PDF. In this case either download the new Adobe version (see below) or use the form without the special features and calculate the total amount yourself. Then please print the form and fax it to Patrizia Catucci for credit card processing.

We have reserved rooms in 15 different hotels and divided the hotels into categories based on their star rating. The hotel booking form provides the range of prices in different hotels of each category.
