All participants are encouraged to submit abstracts. The total number of posters will be limited to 60. Posters will be displayed throughout the conference in a central area where we will have the coffee breaks.
Specific poster presentation time has been reserved at the Wine and Cheese Poster Session on Tuesday, August 16th from 5pm to 7pm.
In addition, submitted poster abstracts of particular relevance to the posted session topics will be considered for short oral presentations within the corresponding sessions. The deadline for poster abstract submission is July 1 st 2005 . Please submit abstracts in MS-Word format to: mhediger@rics.bwh.harvard.edu .
